Are yoga and Crossfit really that different? Sure in Crossfit you lift gigantic tires and in yoga you gracefully move about on your mat. I think if your end goal is improving your health, mind, body and soul – Crossfit and yoga help you achieve these goals by taking different paths. There is a healthy amount of discussion throughout the web trying to figure out the Crossfit versus yoga conundrum. Personally, I find that both exercises complement each other and help balance out my workouts. What are your thoughts?
